Motor mounting nuts need to be done up really tight to avoid the motor coming loose & dropping down causing damage. This special socket takes a 1/2” bar so you can get some real torque into it.
This tool is for the main motor nut that goes up against the motor mounting plate. Probably the most important tool for these motors.
