Returns & Refunds Policy

At Venture Scooters, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and refunds policy outlined below.


If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


If you need to exchange an item for a different model or purpose, please email us at with your order number and the details of the exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item to be exchanged. Once we receive the item, we will send out the replacement item.
Please note – there may be a price difference either way if upgrading to a different model.

Sale items:

Sale items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt, but are subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
