Yes the wait is over. We now have all the new CYC Gen3 motors in stock with more coming soon. X1 pro & Stealth are in stock & they were worth waiting for & with so many improvements over the previous models.                The Stealth can produce up to 2000watts with 150nm of torque & with the correct battery the X1pro can do 3500watts with 250nm of torque!

We have a demo bike with a Stealth fitted as well as the Photon of course which continues to sell really well. We’ve got lots of battery choices for these motors so now’s the time to build your dream e bike.

It seems the world is learning about tbe CYC Photon. Since our last post the Photon has been selling very well & we’ve placed more orders to cope with demand. They are so popular that we’ve designed a new custom battery for the Photon & other motors up to 1200-1500watts. It’s a 52volt 15ahr pack made with Samsung 50e 21700 cells. Capacity is a nice 780whrs & it takes up very little room. It’s designed to fit small full suspension bikes or any bike that has limited room. These will be available soon in New Zealand only.

Yes we have stock of the Bafang HD1000 motors in 52 volts! It’s available in the 68-73mm & 120mm bottom bracket widths & we have adapter kits available for 92mm pressfit systems.
You can match these to our 17.5 & 21ahr batteries as well as our exclusive 52volt 20ahr custom batteries for smaller or awkward frames. They will run perfectly on a 48volt battery as well & will produce 175nm of Torque with a 52volt battery. We will have these as an ongoing stock item & carry spare controllers & nylon gears etc.

We started selling the Bafang BBSO1B & BBSO2B mid drive conversion kits about 3 years ago. We have well over 2000 units out there now & selling more every day.One of the first bikes converted was my own Seven titanium road bike. Besides checking the motor mounting nut after a couple of months it hasn’t been touched since & after 12000kms is still going like new. There’s no sign of any water getting into the controller & all bearings are still fine with no sign of wear. So I’ve added some more grease & some Moreys oil additive which is wonderful stuff & will check it again in another 10000kms. These motors are simple, powerful & relible.
