What is the difference between Venture Buy Now and Venture Group Buying?
Venture Scooters imports products directly from the manufacturers and on-sells them to our customers through Venture Buy Now. This method cuts out a lot of extra costs and allows us to give you a great deal.
Venture Group Buying gives you the opportunity to be part of a larger group purchasing products directly from the factory, in high quantities, achieving the best possible price.
When do I get charged?
When you purchase a product from our Venture Buy Now section you pay with a credit or debit card at the time of purchase. Products need to be paid in full before we deliver to you. (see our Terms & Conditions for more information on Paypal purchases).
If you are purchasing a product through Venture Group Buying you only get charged once we reach the minimum order number required. If we don’t receive enough pre-orders your credit card will not be charged.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email update at every step of the process.
How do I calculate delivery cost?
You don’t need to. We offer free delivery New Zealand wide for all of our products.
Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
No, all items need to have a physical address for shipping.
Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
No, all orders must be shipped to a New Zealand address.
Can you find a product for me? / Are you open to product suggestions?
