Do you have a retail store?

We are based from home and carry all stock in house. We have a few outlets throughout New Zealand which carry our products or can order it for you. If visiting us is not practical then let us know where you live & we will try & arrange a way of viewing.

 

Can I visit you after hours & weekends?

Yes, you can. We are flexible on time so can work around what suits you. Maybe not lunchtime on Xmas day but most other times are fine. Remember we need a life too.

 

When do I get charged?

When you purchase a product directly from our website you pay with a credit or debit card at the time of purchase. Products need to be paid in full before we deliver to you. (see our Terms & Conditions for more information on Paypal purchases).

We can also take eftpos payments & accept old fashioned real money if you visit our premises to test, view & purchase.

 

What is the warranty?

Venture Scooters offers a 12 month warranty on all products. If a manufacturer offers us an extended warranty we will also offer this to our customers. Please see warranty policy here. (Warranty policy)

 

Do you carry parts & repair your products?

We carry a full range of parts for all our products so you can have peace of mind that you are dealing with a company that actually cares about after sales service. We service all our products in house & deal with any warranty issues promptly with as little delay as possible.

 

Do you do laybys?

Yes we do. Happy to work out a time frame & payment plan that suits you.

 

Do you offer Finance?

Yes we do. We use Gilrose Finance. There is a link on our website which will take you to the application page.

 

What are the freight costs?

Most of our products are freight free New Zealand wide. Some of our bigger products that are too big for a courier to deliver to your door can be sent to a trucking depot in your town & depending on where you live may incur a freight charge. Contact us to get an accurate quote.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do. We live in central WAIKATO so can deliver products to your door within an approximate 50km radius.

 

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No, all items need to have a physical address for shipping.

 

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

No, all orders must be shipped to a New Zealand address.
